Unbaked & Frozen
- Do not thaw. Vent frozen pie with sharp knife.
- Place in hot oven 425° F for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat 350-375° F for 1 hr & 15 min. (fruit must boil for 20 minutes).
Baked & Frozen
- Do not thaw.
- Place frozen pie in hot oven at 325° F for 45 minutes to crisp pastry.

pastry: wheat flour, vegetable oil shortening, palm oil, water, eggs, sugar, corn-starch, vinegar, salt. fruit filling: fruit, sugar, cornstarch, wheat flour, butter, salt, may contain lemon juice, gelatin, cinnamon, ginger & cloves.
Frainçias pâte: farine de ble, shortening d’huile vegetale, huiles de palme, eau, oeuf, sucre, amidon de maïs, vinaigre, sel. garniture de fruitier : fruitier, sucre, amidon de maïs, farine de ble, beurre, sel, peut contenir jus de citron, gelatine, cannelle, gingembre, clous de girofle.
